Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Saafron Wellness and Spa, client satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly provide exchanges within 14 days of purchase for eligible products.

This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases made directly through our official website.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
     
  • The request must be made within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
     
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
     

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare or body products
     
  • Gift cards
     
  • Spa services, packages, or memberships once rendered
     
  • Promotional or discounted items
     

4. Online Purchases & Affirm Orders

For purchases made through our website using Affirm, the same exchange rules apply.
Once an exchange is approved, Affirm will adjust your payment terms or credit balance according to their policies.
We do not issue direct refunds for Affirm-financed orders.

5. Service Cancellations

Spa services are non-refundable once completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service charge.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@saffron-cosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or exchange after verifying the issue.

7. How to Request an Exchange

Email info@saffron-cosmetics.com or call 214-447-7748 with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or visiting our spa for an in-person exchange.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy periodically to remain compliant with regulatory standards. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
