By accessing or using the Saffron Wellness and Spa website (“Site”), booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

Saffron Wellness and Spa provides wellness, and beauty retail products.
To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
   
• Provide accurate and complete information during booking or checkout.
   
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
   

We accept multiple payment methods, including financing through Affirm.
If you choose Affirm, your payment and credit approval are processed directly through Affirm according to its own terms and privacy policy, which can be found at www.affirm.com/terms.

Saffron Wellness and Spa does not control or store Affirm’s financial data and is not responsible for decisions made by Affirm regarding eligibility or payment approval.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify promotions, or cancel offers at any time.
Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to appear for a booked appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits.

• Unopened retail products may be exchange within 14 days
   
• Opened or used products are exchangeable.
   
• Service fees are non-refundable once rendered.
   
• Affirm transactions follow Affirm’s own refund timeline and process once initiated by us.
   

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be redeemed for products or services offered at Saffron Wellness and Spa. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and images — is the property of Saffron Wellness and Spa and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

Saffron Wellness and Spa provides Retail, wellness and non invasive facials.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
Clients should consult with a medical professional before beginning any treatment if they have health concerns or medical conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron Wellness and Spa and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site, services, or products.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our Site and services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saffron Wellness and Spa, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Site.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing them is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
